  • Business Transfers.  If Spective Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, our customers’ information may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee.  We will notify you of such a change in ownership or transfer of assets by posting a notice on our website.


  • Other Sharing.  We may also disclose your information when we believe, in good faith, it is necessary to (i) take precautions against liability; (ii) protect ourselves or others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity; (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; (iv) protect the security or integrity of our Services and any facilities or equipment used to make the Services available; or (v) protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights, property, or safety of others.




You may decline to share certain personal information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of our Services.  You may update, correct or delete your profile information and preferences at any time by accessing the account settings page on the website.


If you receive promotional email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email.  Even after you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Services.  




We take the online protection of children very seriously.  Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Services. If we learn that personal information has been collected from persons under 13 years of age, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.  If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 years of age has used our Services or obtained an account on our Services, then you may alert us at and request that we delete that child’s personal information from our systems.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Eyeking LLC, and whose privacy practices may differ from those of Eyeking LLC.  If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. For example, if you choose to use PayPal to pay for your order, its privacy policy and security practices will apply to your information.  We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
