EYEKING LIMITED WARRANTY Information

Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, HyperX Gaming Eyewear is warranted to the original registered purchaser against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. We will, at our option, either repair or replace any part of our products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will refund or credit the lesser of either the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price.

 

This limited warranty does not apply to glasses that have been subject to improper use or misuse, normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, accidental breakage or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty shall not apply if: (i) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions, (ii) the product was not used for its intended function, or (iii) the product was purchased from a non-authorized AMAZON seller. Proof of purchase must be provided showing the original date and place of purchase, as well as the product description and price.
